A Few Photos from the Princess Ball 2017

I am in the Stake Primary Presidency for Church. As an activity for the 8 to 11 year old girls, we had a father/daughter dance and called it a Princess ball. It was  a lot fun, mostly due to Curtis Whipple, an amazing professional DJ who donated his very valuable time and skills to our project. He brought his music, lights equipment, large scale games, engaging personality and projected messages to the party and ran with it. We had a fun, ordinary activity planned. He pushed it over the time into extraordinary.

The girls and escorts lining up to promenade in with Cinderella.

Sophia and Cinderella leading the promenade.

The girls got to write what kind of princess they were.

Some of Curtis's projected messages.

Robert Dickinson grew a beard specifically for our activity. He was our Royal Ambassador. He had a pouch of jewels that he went around and handed out to the girls.

Lots of finger foods.

I was in charge of the cookie decorating table. It was fun to see the Dad's doing it with their girls.
