Butterly Conservatory, Niagara on the Lake

The last part of our adventure pass was the Butterfly Conservatory at the Botanical Gardens. It is similar to others I have seen, but still enjoyable. And a much nicer activity than the Vegas like are next to the falls.

There were even some tropical flowers that looked a little like butterflies.

The gardens area were lovely too.
I especially enjoyed the orchard with urns at either end.
We wanted to see Lake Ontario and so we drove to Niagara on the Lake. What  beautiful little town, full of flowers, beautiful homes and quaint shops.

That is the Toronto skyline just barely visible across the lake.
I have never seen a fence so engulfed by a tree before. there were two of them.
And you can not only run for mayor, but Lord Mayor!

We took a look at the floral clock on the way back. It is one of the largest of such things that there are.
